No. 26, 18th April: Daisy

Here's a simple portrait of a daisy I took a couple of days ago.

The daisy itself was in shadow but the afternoon sun was lighting up the grass behind it, giving this beautiful colour gradient from foreground to background.

Technical details: Canon 7D MKII + 100mm macro lens; 1/640 sec at f/2.8; ISO 200.
